I. Title & Purpose
a. Title: Techultura (Tech + Culture)
b. Purpose: Launch a year-long professional learning model that integrates technology with campus culture to empower educators across two Title I campuses.
II. Vision & Goals
a. BHAG: To launch the school year with a clear focus on Technology and Culture (Techultura), all staff will onboard with key district and campus tech tools. Through the Innovation Plan, they will confidently implement strategies that enhance instruction, foster collaboration, and align with campus goals. As the year progresses, staff will engage with new platforms—like daily Digital Citizenship and coding integration—building a culture of empowered educators and student-centered innovation through reflection and sustained learning.
b. Learning Framework: Based on Fink’s Taxonomy—Foundational Knowledge, Application, Integration, Human Dimension, Caring, and Learning How to Learn.
III. Audience & Their Needs
a. New and returning teachers at two high-needs campuses
b. Varied tech skill levels; need for consistency in core tools (ClassLink, TAC, Google Classroom, Help Desk)
c. Need support with compliance systems, instructional planning, and digital citizenship
